OUR MISSION
Athletics teach children crucial life skills and values, but they can be very expensive.
Our mission is to collect old sports equipment to donate to underprivileged school districts in order to make sure that everyone gets a chance to experience sports.

Here is a quick overview of what we are working on currently!
EQUIPMENT FOR ELEMENTARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOLS
Right now, we are particulary seeking playground and sports equipment such as bouncy balls, soccer balls, and basketballs.
CURRENT FUNDRAISER
We are currently holding fundraisers to raise money to donate equipment in Cairo, Egypt! Come to the Belmont City Safeway on Friday, April 11th and buy cookies to support us!
PLANNED FUNDRAISERS
This summer, A Gift of Sports is expanding its reach! We’re raising donations internationally for schools in Costa Rica and China while continuing our annual donation to a local school for the new school year. Additionally, we’re supporting a school in Los Angeles affected by the wildfires.
If you’d like to contribute to any of these causes, please reach out—we’ll make sure your donation makes a difference!
VOLUNTEERS
We are always seeking volunteers from all over the world to help facilitate donations. We offer a variety of opportunities ranging from leadership positions to simply helping with the distribution of equipment. Please reach out to us if you are interested!
